As part of Nokia’s initiative to grow our Government and Enterprise business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, an Account Manager position is opened.
 
The position reports to the Head of the Government, Energy, and Transport segments responsible for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
 
Main role of the position is to define, develop, and implement Go To Market strategy to grow Nokia business within focused Government and Enterprise customer account(s). This will be achieved by
  • developing customer trust and relationship.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Developing value proposition and differentiation strategy.
  • Driving the offer generation and promoting and selling innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the overall customer relationship to ensure of full customer satisfaction.
 
The position will require to
- Develop himself or herself into a trusted local advisor to the focused customer.
- Develop Level 1/Level 2 technical knowledge for each area of the portfolio.
- Be a strong team player involving Nokia pre-sales and solutions group to develop the winning
  value proposition for our customers
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for managing assigned existing customer(s) with focus on new business generation; and/or,
  • Accountable for developing new customers acquisitions and managing their growth requirement.
  • Develop trusted relationship with key customer stakeholders/decision makers
  • Measured by financial KPI driven by Order Intake and a Sales incentive defined in line with Nokia corporate strategy.
  • Define Go To Market strategy for the focused customer(s), own the strategy execution plan, and responsible for the periodic communication around this plan.
  • Identify competition weaknesses, define creative solution positioning and commercial models including business case(s) to win the business
  • Develop use case(s)/value based selling approach to influence customers and position Nokia ahead of competition
  • Present and defend opportunities internally to Nokia management based on attractive value proposition/business case and get buy-in to pursue them
 
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 5-7 years of prior sales experience preferably in areas like Account Manager role or business development role with a large organisation, multinational experience is a plus.
  • Dedicated with strong interpersonal skills, and committed to the job assigned.
  • Accept frequent business travel, and flexible work hours to better serve customer requirement
  • Ethical, understand and respect multinational high ethics and compliance standards
  • Team player, ability to work across organizations and geographies in order to gather information and support.
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a technical subject.
