To strengthen the sales team in Sweden, the Nokia Enterprise organization is looking for a new ACCOUNT MANAGER focusing on the ENERGY SEGMENT with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong passion to expand Nokia’s enterprise business on the Swedish market.

 

Job Description

  • Identify and develop prospects and attract new customers in the Energy environment
  • Maintain and manage relationships with prospects, existing accounts and eco-system partners
  • Define the best go-to-market per opportunity: Direct or via partners
  • Meet short and long term sales targets (quota, objectives,…)
  • Understand, anticipate, and articulate the trends and needs of the various market segments
  • Maintain a solid technical background and understanding of Nokia’s complete portfolio to correctly qualify opportunities
  • Create virtual teams between Business Units and supporting functions to be most effective in winning new deals
  • Maximize public references for replication in other area’s
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and visibility into sales activity by keeping a current pipeline using Nokia forecasting tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in a technology company selling to the Communications industry service providers or the Energy/Utility vertical segment
  • Strive for high standards in customer satisfaction, quality and responsiveness towards customers
  • Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways
  • Contributes to the development of innovative solutions and ideas to drive incremental revenue
  • Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on the customer requirements and business success
