This position is for a strategic software sales professional to develop NOKIA’s Software business in CSP and media accounts in the UK. This position will be responsible for developing and executing an account strategy to meet and exceed targets for nominated accounts.
 
Customer Experience - Account Manager, UK&I
 
Reporting Relationship: reports to the Customer Experience MU/CBT Sales Manager
 
The position has the following main responsibilities:
Create, develop and execute an account strategy to achieve and exceed target
Generate a tangible pipeline that supports the achievement of target
Position the NOKIA Software value proposition, demonstrating business benefits and ROI differentiating NOKIA from its competitors.  
Develop and close strategic deals within accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities 
Generate and attend customer meetings and related business activities up to 3 to 4 days a week 
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of customers business objectives, KPIs and strategy. 
Understand the customers buying and budgeting process relevant for Nokia Software 
Introduce appropriate senior NOKIA management resources in pursuit of orders/sales opportunities.
Partner with the broader NOKIA sales team to leverage joint solutioning and sales.
Work with alliance partners to extend our sales efforts in the accounts. 
Strictly adhere to the published NOKIA SELL & NSW processes. 
Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner.
Always ensure CRM accurately represents the business engagements and forecast status
Develop executive relationships with customers and partners
Qualifications 

Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in a software technology company selling to Communications Service Providers preferred; vertical segments may be considered.
Understand and ability to assimilate OSS/BSS and Core Network related software. 
Ability to understand at a high level the technical value proposition and translate it into a business value position (i.e. consultative sales approach for selling solutions).   
Experience of building customer C level relationships 
Solid business acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs. 
Ability to bring X business group teams together and lead a sales campaign. 
Ability to work/develop the partner ecosystem to enable a stronger go-to-market approach to increase market coverage. 
Demonstrate ability to close large and complex deals >€2M
Should be currently managing at least >€3M annual sales quota and have documented history to have met or exceed targets constantly.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.  
Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
