Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
  • Ph.D. in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related field with an expert level understanding of thermal management science.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to define and pursue a research program in synergy with larger team
 
 
Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
  • Two phase fluid dynamics for cooling
  • Experience with building experimental rigs, data analysis and visualization
  • IR imaging for thermal analysis
  • Micro-fabrication processes
