The team you'll be part of
Nokia Bell Labs is the world-renowned research arm of Nokia, having invented many of the foundational technologies that underpin information and communications networks and all digital devices and systems. This research has produced nine Nobel Prizes, five Turing Awards and numerous other awards.
The academic partners for this thesis will be Telecom Paris and JUNIA-IEMN Lille, both leading academic research institute in the field of telecommunications in France.
What you will learn and contribute to
Nokia Bell Labs transceiver team, located in Nozay, is looking for an PhD research intern in RF/digital signal circuit design for mMIMO embedded system network.
3 years PhD CIFRE mixed signal in ASIC in massive MIMO system
You are thinking about a PhD in engineering (electronic, signal processing, mixed signal)
More precisely the focus of the trainee study will be on the digital RF mixed signal processing based on Delta Sigma Modulator, Pulse Width & Pulse Position Modulator and high speed serial interface. Experiences in ASIC in FDSOI design with real time data processing and/or knowledge in DSM are highly appreciated.
This 3 years PHD internship position is considered with Paris Saclay academic doctoral school supervision.
Starting date would be in September 2022.
