Job Description

Architecture (ART) covers the development of end-to-end solution architecture designed to meet specific needs and works as a part of a customer team. Contains the definition of an architecture which comprises an integration design and specification of products and / or services which makeup the solution.

 

The Customer Solutions Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs. Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions. Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required. Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain a solution's (technical) integrity over time.

 

  • Develops customer solution architecture in dedicated area of competence focused on Digital Enterprise assurance domain. 

  • Keeps the solid practical knowledge in the Digital Enterprise assurance domain covering Fault, Performance, Service Management, Service Quality Management, Network & Service Inventory Management, Network Analytics and eTOM Business Process Framework etc.

  • Demonstrate to drive multi-vendor, multi-domain and multi-technology complex solution integration opportunities related to Assurance domain.  

  • Guide an assurance architecture group for various customer projects and pre-sales engagement.

  • Develop assurance competencies across regional assurance architecture group.

  • Work as a technical advocate for both Customer and Nokia Cross Functional Groups in Assurance Domain.

  • Challenge Nokia internal cross functional team ensuring cost effective for service estimation in pre-sales stages.

  • Proposes on products in customer solution and initiates necessary evaluations and validations.

  • Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.

  • Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions, through the high as well as low level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective.

  • Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets the client’s requirements.

  • Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organisations to achieve workable solutions.

  • Researches, designs, plans, develops and evaluates an effective solution in Assurance domains to meet customer’s requirements and outcomes, thanks to high as well as low level design of architecture.

  • Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time.

  • Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

  • Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives.

  • Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.

  • May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.

 

Job Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Responsible for leading E2E Solution architecture with customer and nokia internal stakeholders

  • Responsible for change management

  • Responsible for technically defending Nokia posotion in case of any difference in opionion with customer on potential change request

  • Responsible for leading RCA and preseting to customer executives

  • Responsible for effort estimation and helping program manager in stitching an E2E schedule

Qualifications

  • BE or masters in computer science / Telecommunication

  • +12 years of industry experience as an OSS Solution Architet

  • proven technical leadership skills in leading large scale OSS transformation projects

  • Good experience of OSS landscape in Indonesia/ Philippines or Malaysia.
