  • At least 8 years of work experience in software engineering (product management, sales engineering/pre-sales, bids and proposals, or system engineering). 

  • Knowledge of NSW Digital Operations products such as Service Fulfillment, Service assurance and general Cloud knowledge. 
  • Technical knowledge of Cloud, IMS, LTE, Wireless Networks and associated Protocols. 
  • Master level education in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering. 
  • Knowledge of the Telco, Cable and Enterprise segments (service providers, enterprises and Internet of Things) and their Digital Operations requirements. 
  • Ability to successfully lead and manage cross functional team, cross geographical teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines. 
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities
  • Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker. 
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
