Key requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in telecom/IP/IT industry with strong understanding of b2b services business
- Proven track record from working with customers either in sales or pre-sales including marketing and in product management in a Services environment of a global player
- Management level experience in business management, business development, business models creation and/or product management in with a strategic dimension within Services of a global telco player
- Experience in people leadership either in line management role or function management e.g. in program management
- profound experience in managing projects
- Experience in solution architecture & open source technologies as well as partner management
- MSc or equivalent university education
- Proven experience in managing business development and commercial matters with partners
- Experienced with NPO business domain with recent and majority contribution in end-user experience and Service Optimization
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with OSS platforms, CEM and Service Quality Management
- Exposure to data science & training design & execution is a plus
