The Campaign Execution Manager’s primary responsibilities include effectiveness and efficiency of marketing execution including face to face, digital, inbound and outbound marketing activities.
This includes:
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Effective management of tools and proper campaign set-up to include metrics reporting, analysis, and recommendations (per available tools and agreed scope)
  • Understands elements of the planning cycle and clearly communicates stages
  • Clear understanding on desired campaign outputs and inputs needed to achieve positive results
  • Thorough understanding of our tools and processes and ability to lead others to help them understand them as well.
This role requires a strong sense of organization and clear communication.  Attention to detail and collaboration with stakeholders will be key to this role. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Establishing SCOPE naming and tracking parameters in collaboration with segment heads.
  • Proper campaign set-up and metrics analysis, and recommendations (per available tools and agreed scope).
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that they understand what tool inputs will deliver the outputs they desire.
  • Clear understanding of campaign tactics and effectiveness of each.
  • Effectively manage and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Communicate campaign execution best practices to stakeholders through email, calls and presentations.
  • Work with agencies, vendors and internal team to optimize campaign and achieve performance objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of required annual KPIS and how the tools derive information to come to desired output.
  • Owns E2E “Campaign Activation” process (face to face, digital, inbound and outbound).
  • Assigned to campaign squad for improved collaboration, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Orchestrates execution plan across all channels (digital and face to face)
  • Vendor management and in-house services management where it aligns to execution tactics.
  • Contributes to lead management processes and adjusts campaign to feedback for segments.
  • Supports program planning, metrics, and brand/ messaging.
  • Manage & communicate tactics calendar.
  • Activate across touch points, provide optimization recommendation.
  • Guide lead routing process.
  • Contribute to campaign planning: segment marketing plan, route to market plans, budget and measurement plans.
  • Ensure brand/messaging/ creative guidelines.
  • Understand and leverage team SLAs.


  • Highly organized and successful deadline management capabilities
  • Ability to work within tools effectively and understand the actions and result outputs derived from the inputs
  • Thorough understanding of GDPR requirements and internal rules in place to ensure Nokia’s compliance
  • Highly effective in internal customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of A/B testing and how to manage the process and analyze clear results to communicate changes within a campaign
