Care Technical Specialist, NSW
Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years’ experience in the telecom industry working in an R&D or customer technical support role.
- Professional experience working with Data messaging, VoLTE, online/offline charging, DRA and/or PCRF products.
- Program management experience is a plus
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Must have strong Written/Verbal communication skills with an excellent command of English.
- Ability to interact with customer during difficult situations.
