Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.  Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in the telecom industry working in an R&D or customer technical support role. 
  • Professional experience working with Data messaging, VoLTE, online/offline charging, DRA and/or PCRF products.
  • Program management experience is a plus
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Must have strong Written/Verbal communication skills with an excellent command of English.
  • Ability to interact with customer during difficult situations.
