5-10 years’ legal & compliance working experience in a corporate, law firm or other large organization environment

5+ years’ experience conducting extensive, complex, detailed and confidential investigations.

Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree in law.

PRC Bar is preferred

Possess professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) (Preferred but not mandatory).

Financial fraud investigation experience preferred.

Demonstrates knowledge and application of investigation skills, including the ability to conduct informational and confrontational type interviews.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills (ability to appropriately anticipate resource needs, effectively coordinates multiple assignments, is punctual, follows through on commitments, etc.).

Able to effectively interfaces with other relevant organizations (internal and external), as appropriate, to effectively coordinate exchange of information and to leverage resources.

Demonstrates an advanced technical competency in the use of relevant technology and tools necessary to perform the job; computer forensics, internet based investigations, data manipulation software and techniques.

Ability to frequent travel or travel on short notice is required.
