Consulting Partner and Regional Engagement Leader – Oceania Region
Requirements:

Experience in Consultative selling to CXO’s: stature, presence, credibility, tact and savvy to change customer perceptions and beliefs to influence their vision.

Experience in building customer intimacy.

Strong consulting skills – Communicating in a compelling way, creative problem solving to find solutions to customers’ challenges, pro-activity, resourcefulness.

Established relationships with Nokia sales teams.

Experience carrying and exceeding sales quota/targets; track record in closing deals.

Deep understanding of telecom/ICT networks and services and transformation complexities (technology, operations and business economics).

Ability to learn fast - new concepts, technology, business value propositions and the Bell Labs repository of offers and examples, and ‘present Bell Labs’ to customers.

Experience in working across diverse teams to deliver to aggressive targets - Success in setting up and driving cross-org projects.

M. Sc. or M.S. in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA.
