Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional design sense and the ability to iterate design concepts quickly with top quality
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other modern visual design tools
- Ability to research and develop comprehensive design concepts that are both unique and imaginative, while being current and relevant
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible and helpful, and an insightful self-starter
- Ability to create and share strong narrative presentations to show designs to internal teams
- Able to produce original assets for final content design projects
- Quick learner with an avid curiosity and sense of passion for design and culture
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaborative skills
- Willing to take risks, fail, and learn from mistakes
BFA/BA/BS or equivalent four-year degree program in interaction design, human-centered design, graphic design, HCI, or similar.
