Contract Manager

Improves the end-to-end commercial value capture in a manner that decreases the appearance of value lacks and protects the corporate business and financial interests by development of specific tools

Develops methodologies that forms innovative alternative and facilitate acceptance by internal Customers and LoA processes

Ensures that proposed methodologies/processes comply with Negotiation Guidelines and known existent Nokia tooling
-
Develops tooling that enables to ensure contract adherence to commercial strategy and identifies contractual deviations and their deals' implications
-
Ensures delivery of methodologies and smooth transition into implementation by preparation and provision of tool-related trainings to specific groups within Nokia using the tooling
-
Supports Contract Digitalization initiatives

Stays up-to date with relevant legislative changes, Nokia contractual policies, and coordinate with the legal department as needed

Perform insights creation and data analytics

University degree in Legal, Economics, Finance, or Engineering

Interested in design and negotiation (in future) of large global technology deals and development of appropriate tooling to ensure value-leakage capture and adherence of approval compliance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of Contract Management in the interaction with Legal-, Technical-, Project Mgmt.- and Financial-domains

4 to 6 years of experience on economic, financial, or engineering fields

Contract management background and knowledge of telecommunications industry are beneficial

Fluent in written and spoken English, good communication skills

Results oriented, ability to work under time pressure and with complex tasks

Responsible, self-committed, and self-disciplined

Background in pricing or commercial control would be a clear plus
