Fault management/configuration of Core network (4G – IMS VoLTE VoWifi).
Expert knowledge about Core product like CSCF, MTAS, IPWorks, SBG, WMG,MME,AAA,EPG.
Ericsson multivendor experience preferred
Knowledge on protocol level SIP, Diameter, LDAP.
Trouble Ticket handling.
Customer Issue handling
Flexible in shift.(24 * 7 operations)
Arranging care review call with stakeholders and try to reduce long pending cases
Escalation handling
Ensuring Emergency handling and chronology preparation
Interfacing with other Technical/Circle Teams for faster resolution
Ensure team to resolve Trouble Tickets with in SLA/OLA
Finding gap between the team on open TTs and ensure to resolve TT with in SLA/OLA
Knowledge sharing to team from the learnings
Preparing Weekly and monthly report for the progression of the team
Responsible for overall competence and development of team members
