Join our team as:
 
Core System Integration Specialist
 

This position addresses an engineer in Nokia Software Business Group Core Services & Care team to carry out end to end service activities including planning, installation, configuration, integration, testing and fault investigation and rectification on Core products for mobile & cloud technology of Nokia.

 
 
Expected tasks: 
  • Network implementation tasks (planning, installation, configuration, integration, testing)
  • SW maintenance activities such as installation and test of technical/change notes/change deliveries
  • Technical/customer acceptance testing
  • Advanced technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • On-site support at customers premises
Basic requirements:
 
  • Understanding /knowledge about telecommunication networks
  • Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and IP
  • Good knowledge of database systems
  • Good knowledge of core network products and expertise with IMS domain
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • Ability to work in a project team
  • Strong solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and ready for new challenges
  • Flexible to travel
 
  Responsibilities: 
  • Network implementation tasks (planning, installation, configuration, integration, testing)
  • SW maintenance activities such as installation and test of technical/change notes/change deliveries
  • Technical/customer acceptance testing
  • Advanced technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • On-site support at customers premises
  • Execution of above activities in other support-site/country if needed
  • Participation in 24-hour emergency support activities
  • Consultancy & support to pre-sales activities/customer
