  • Fifteen or more years of demonstrated experience in network consultancy, architecture, design, implementation and management.
  • Strong leadership and consultative skills including ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP and IMS and at least 2 of the following areas: 3G/LTE Wireless Architecture, Cloud/Virtualization, Small Cells, Mobile Backhaul, Applications, IP Transformation.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build cross organizational support for appropriate engagement and support of new services/solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales support and/or business development.
  • Must be a quick learner (without formal training), self motivated with outstanding customer interface, communication and advocacy skills
  • Ability to understand customer and internal business drivers for opportunities and projects and mentor team members.
