Deployment Manager role is to bring Nokia Delivery Platform successfully implemented across all customer projects as per business service expectation.

To achieve this objective, deployment manager will coordinate several project managers providing a detail delivery plan with all dependencies required to assure business target in terms of deadline, quality, costs and benefits.

As key role with primary interface to customer projects, collection of all change requests and action plan needed will be required to improve customer expectations and maximize benefits

Deployment Manager will be reporting to Global Program Manager of Nokia Delivery Platform project



10+ years of experience in delivering E2E project in telco domain.

End-to-end responsibility for program definition and execution

Managing team with responsibility of building competency, their appraisal, career planning

Managing team to ensure right competency at right time with focus on delivering value to team and customer along with custodian of Nokia values


Executive level leadership experience, proven ability to lead, influence and deliver.

10+ years’ experience managing project/programs, deep Telcom project across business line and related subject matter expertise

Having strong understanding of all knowledge areas of Project Management

SiteForge knowledge as key added value

Knowledge of Nokia Deploy process

Experience with APJ market as added value 

Strong in follow-up coordination skills

Working experience with distributed teams is preferred

Sound understanding of operator business drivers and technology.

Creation of program delivery capability, enabling of delivery teams

Engaging in customer dialogue to report on program status, seeking feedback on delivery quality and deliverables.

Competence Build Up & Program Team Handling

Escalation Management for projects included within the delivery programs.

Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills

Management Reporting/Presentations

Manage & Deliver program KPIs

Open for travel up-to 50% of time.

Flexible and collaborative work style, ability to work well in various client environments.

Organized and structured approach to managing individual and team tasks.

Strong cross-group collaborator with proven ability to communicate effectively.
