The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
To strengthen the sales team in BeNeLux, the Nokia Enterprise organization is looking for a new sales intern with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong passion to expand Nokia’s enterprise business on the BeNeLux market.
The student will have the chance to work with a very dynamic and flexible team of 6 sales managers, focused on customer satisfaction. We are highly intentioned in hiring the intern to enforce our team, in case of successful experience from both sides.
What you will learn and contribute to
The student will be asked to:
• Join our interactions with the customers and to work with us on activities such as customer workshops preparation, offers creation etc.
• Identify and develop prospects and attract new customers.
• Maintain and manage relationships with prospects, existing accounts and eco-system partners
• Define the best go-to-market per opportunity: direct or via partners.
• Understand, anticipate, and articulate the trends and needs of the various market segments.
• Maintain a solid technical background and understanding of Nokia’s complete portfolio to correctly qualify opportunities.
• Besides the technical solution, you will have the opportunity to touch on the commercial strategy and be attentive to the legal and delivery aspects.
• Support with customers and partners events
Your skills and experience
You are/have :
• an enthusiastic quick learner, a self-starter and an autonomous player
• an affinity for teamwork, networking with people and for telecommunications, digital transformation and technology
• studying for a degree in commerce and/or in engineering
• polished and refined communication skills with fluency in Dutch and English
It would be nice if you also had:
• Confident and charismatic interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills - Ability to convince and influence others
• High degree of flexibility and initiative
