Job description:
The Customer Portfolio analyst focuses mainly on the following areas:
1) CMD (Customer Master Data) ownership:
(i) End-to-end CMD expert for their given area of accountability, responsible for data quality, approver for mass requests
(ii) Coordination of annual/quarterly structure changes and reorganization activities (creation and updates of Sales Hierarchies, alignment of customer records to the new Sales Hierarchy)
(iii) Coordination of CMD Approvers and Partner with the CO Finance team to discuss and validate the financial impact of changes
(iv) SPOC for the Market CO in the monthly CMD Operational Board (representing NEN group)

  • Channel Partner Certification
  • CO Finance for any changes impacting financial data
  • Export Control-Military/Civilian Usage
  • Requester for queries on the record
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Is responsible for data quality
  • Coordination of annual/quarterly structure changes and reorganization activities (creation and updates of Sales Hierarchies, alignment of customer records to the new Sales Hierarchy
  • Partner with the CO Finance team to discuss the financial impact of changes and get the approval from finance.
  • Single Point of Contact for the Market CO in the CMD Operational Board (one representative per Market)
  • Responsible for communication of all CMD guidelines, global activities, quiet period dates, project enhancements… to the CMD Approvers in his market
  • Has the CMD Approver or CMD Escalator role in the CMD Enterprise Portal.
  • Lead representative of their area of accountability in all the Projects, enhancements and activities involving Customer Master Data
 
2) Sales Analytics & Customer Portfolio Metrics:
(i) Elaborate metrics and sophisticated analytics on customer portfolio
(ii) Focus on capture rate of New Logos
(iii) Address and Coordinate the Targeted Accounts reviews
(iv) Maintain and periodically review Tier1 / Tier2 / Tier3, calculate the market coverage rate, etc…
(v) support the rest of the team with Customer Portfolio Analytics and other tasks.
 
3) Corporate tools utilization:
(i) SingleCRM (Sales Force)
(ii) Einstein Analytics
(iii) SingleCMD (Customer Master Database)
(iv) Re-Act (leads tracker)
 
4) Other activities to support Sales Operations team
