Customer Service Engineer Core
- BSc in engineering
- Fluent English and Turkish
- 3+ years experience in Telecommunications and IT
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux, IP and IP networks
- Good knowledge of database systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work in a project team
- Strong solution oriented mindset and problem solving skills
- Flexible and ready for new challenges
- Willingness to travel to customer premises
- Driving license
- Knowledge of Telco cloud solutions
- Product knowledge (at least 4 in Primary, 2 in secondary) is a plus
