Accountable for
  • E2E supply chain operation within customer team.
Responsible for
  • Manages supply chain activities and leading indirectly the resources to meet customer team's targets.
  • Completeness, accuracy and in-time availability of customer team volume demand planning process and tools.
  • Manages, runs and drives the early involvement process:
    • Evaluates supply chain / logistics requirements (Gate 2/LG 200)
    • Evaluates case (e.g. capabilities, trade management and logistics cost).
    • Ensures early supply chain / logistics involvement.
    • Creates logistics checklist.
    • Consolidates supply chain / logistics summary.
    • Plans supply chain execution
    • Selects the most effective and efficient e2e supply chain / logistics scenario.
    • Identifies and engages case specific experts.
    • Prepares initial supply chain / logistics concept.
    • Drafts logistics annex.
    • Updates checklist.
    • Consolidates supply chain / logistics summary for offer negotiations.
  • Ensure accurate order intake.
Contributes
Contributes to resource planning and supply chain tasks in daily business, e.g. constraints solving and escalation management.
 
Demand Planning process
  • Drives regular collaborative demand planning meetings with customer and customer team.
  • Collects and analyzes information to build complete picture of customer team's future needs to achieve volume and sales targets (volume/value gap analysis).
  • Prepares and conducts monthly customer team demand planning meeting.
  • Challenges customer team's volume demand plan and forecast accuracy.
  • Gets the monthly volume demand plan approved by the customer team /head.
  • Releases final customer team volume demand plan before handover to demand responsible team in market.
  • Ensures continuous update of major short term demand changes in the DMT.
Finalizes supply chain / logistics execution plan
  • Updates supply chain concept, supply chain annex, volume plan and logistics checklist.
  • Consolidates supply chain summary for deal decision.
Establishes supply chain / logistics execution
  • Checks contract type for implementation.
  • Checks and mitigates supply chain / logistics risks.
  • Implements supply chain / logistics structure in conjunction with procurement.
  • Initiates supplier contracts (e. g. LSP).
  • Triggers master data for logistics services.
  • Assigns supply chain / logistics resources.
  • Ensures availability of import / export licenses and certificates.
  • Clarifies lead times.
  • Prepares and participates in project target agreement (PTA).
  • Consolidates supply chain / logistics case documentation.
Prepares for order (Gate 6/LG600 - L*)
  • Checks logistics scenario.
  • Prepares logistics kickoff.
  • Hands over to CSC.
  • Ensure order intake.
Manages financials
  • Manages project’s Logistics related cost base line (CBL).
  • Contributes to asset management by ensuring timely invoicing, issue resolution and revenue monitoring. Manages CT level inventory including KPI monitoring and corrective/preventative actions for inventory KPIs, such as Drop-Off Point, Pack and Hold, Goods in Transit etc. according to policy and goals.
Performance
  • Manages logistics in order to monitor and control logistics key performance indicators (KPI). E.g.: OTDr, DPA, Freight costs, PARD, L* to L100, FTCOR, FTOC.
  • Provides explanations and clarification, solves constraints and manages escalation.
Other
  • Manages LSPs regarding services provided to customer projects.
  • Performs stock take activities as per legal requirements.
  • Performs last mile/DOP invoice verification.
  • Performs claim management activities towards service providers.
  • Collects and documents SOX controls and evidences as per guidelines.
  • Supervises guides and monitors logistics execution (work of CSCs).
  • Key User tasks (Demand Planning) when nominated

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management/Finance/Telecommunication
  • 7-10 years relevant supply chain experience
