Customer Technical Advocate
Requirements:
Mandatory
Education - University degree in telecommunication or information technology
Strong telecommunication technology knowledge in Evolved Packet core area and relevant 3GPP standards
Theoretical and practical (testing, troubleshooting) knowledge of Evolved Packet core nodes
Good understanding of virtualization principles and cloud concept:
Basic virtualization terms/requirements - threads, cores, hypervisor types, virtualization types, VMs, SR-IOV and other
Openstack components
NFV MANO reference architecture
IP/MPLS practice knowledge at
• IPv4, IPv6 addressing
• DNS systems and protocols
• IP routing (Static, OSPF, ISIS, LDP)
• MPLS basics
• NAT/NAPT
• IPSEC
• DPI
Experience with Nokia products –7750SR, 210 WBX, 7210 SAS, NFM-P/5620SAM, CMG, CMM, Nuage VSP
Experience: 2 years on engineering position in one or more following areas:
· Packet Core – 2/3/4/5G
· Mobile networks – 2G/3G/4G, IP
· Networking – IP, IP/MPLS
· Telco Cloud
Readiness to travel and work on-site if needed.
Personal Security Clearance to NATO Confidential Level or above.
Desirable
Norwegian Citizen or foreign citizen[1] who was resided for last 5 years in Norway.
Norwegian security clearance at Confidential level.
Valid certificate from list (strongly desirable):
· ALU SRC (NRS2, MRP, SRA)
· CISCO professional (CCDA, CCNP, CCIE in any field)
· Juniper SP-track (JNCIS-SP, JNCIP-SP, JNCIE-SP)
Experience with Nokia products –7750SGW/PGW/GGSN, SGW/PGW/GGSN, CBAM, VSR,
