Key responsibilities
• route and accommodate requests not fitting to standard workflows
• define and maintain workflows, manages changes within organization
• maintain and enhance process documentation, mapping and controls
• assess root cause analysis and improve processes
• periodic analysis of the service management performance
• develops service management reporting
• key role communicating with internal teams
• Written and spoken English is a requirement, other language skills are advantage
• Experience and good understanding of statutory and accounting processes (full scale accounting)
• Good team player, precise, reliable, able to meet deadlines, proactive, problem solving, can do attitude
• Communication, motivation and negotiation skills
