Manages the execution of a project of low to medium complexity against agreed program targets.

Plan to control budget and resources for Operations during capability creation.

Manages all product related Delivery Capability Management activities needed to create delivery capability of purchasing and Demand/Supply Chain sub areas

Manage direct costs; calculate latest estimates, plan and conduct cost reduction activities for achieving in DCC project.

Manages risks Declare product milestones / Decision points on behalf of Operations Heading Operations internal project team.

Manage Design for Excellence (DFx) disciplines

Build Management/NPI/Factory Manufacturing management

Is responsible to create Global HW change roll out plan and supervise the execution

Responsibility transfer to delivery process.

Drive product change management from Operations point of view

Qualifications

 Engineering degree, with 7-10 years experience. Demonstrated accomplishments in Program / Project Management and directly related experience in complex electronics / Telecom / Automotive / Aerospace manufacturing required. Knowledge of product life cycles, critical milestones in product development, and following establish process required.

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

Proficient with MS Office tools such as Projects, Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel

Delivery capability creation, DFx guidelines, Project Management Guideline, Quality Guideline.
