Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Computer/Telecom/Data Engineering or equivalent at least 3+ years of experience
- Technical degree or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in fundamentals of computer science.
- Dedicated, innovative, accountable, and willing to take challenges and risks.
- Collaborative and thorough with attention to details.
- Linux knowledge and experience are a must.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Golang, Bash, Groovy, Java
- Experience in software development lifecycle and version control systems. Proficient in Git and Git Flow.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end CI/CD pipeline implementations and infrastructure environment automations.
- Experience of running services in private/public/hybrid cloud.
- Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Orchestration skills with Kubernetes, coupled with a great understanding of DevOps principles.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging solutions and tools like Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/ELK stack, etc.
- Able to deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters. Understanding fundamentals of TCP/IP & networking, routing and protocols concepts
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
Nice to Have
- Nokia NRS1 or similarly other vendor certification CCNA, CCNP etc. is a plus.
- Network transformation domain experience is a plus.
- Proficiency on Jenkins and Gitlab CI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Kubeadm or RKE or Kubespray is a plus.
- Proven knowledge and experience in configuration management and infrastructure as code such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.
