What you will learn and contribute to

This position reports to the  CDI Policy Team Manager.

In this role, you will be assigned to the project delivery activities as main responsible solution & design activities, driving technical interaction with customer & ensuring the proper implementation of requirements, in close cooperation with the other SA of the project, NPI & R&D.

As part of our team, you will perform following tasks:

  1. Requirement analysis and product level implementation definition
  2. Use Case detailed definition (according to SoW & 3GPP )
  3. Product Impacts determination
  4. High Level Design ( Architecture & Call Flows )
  5. CIQ
  6. Low Level Design ( IP & NW Design )
  7. Policy Rules development & validation
  8. Test Strategy preparation ( SVS )
  9. Support to Test execution & Acceptance
  10. Troubleshooting
  11. Scripting
  12. Technical Risk Analysis
  13. Tracking Reports Leading Project team coordination

Your skills and experience

You need to have:

  • Experience within SW Telco solution development and / or integration.
  • Experience on High/Low Level Design documents
  • Advanced sw Development & Integration capabilities
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS’s & Databases ( Aerospike/MariaDB/Oracle/SQL )
  • Competences on TCP/IP & main Protocols : Diameter ( Gx-Rx-Sy )/ HTTP2/ SIP / Sigtran / SOAP-XML / SNMP
  • Advanced competence of NW Architectures/Products & International standards : 3GPP/ETSI
  • Cloud knowledge ( VNF, CNF ) & related products ( CBIS/CBAM – NCS/NCOM) or platform VmWare/Openstack …
  • Basic knowledge of Policy sw solution portfolio based on 5780DSC/SPS-P / NPC is a notably add-on
  • Experience on Application integration projects, in particular in multi BD and/or complex projects
  • Familiarity with Payment systems, Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE & IMS would be important
  • Previous experience with OSS/BSS systems and frameworks
  • Solution Architect accreditation or referenced experiencesExperience within SW solution development and / or integration.

As part of the integration there will be no formal company-wide review of grades, since in most cases there has been limited or no change to positions. Legacy grade structures will continue to exist for some time until future harmonization on the existing Nokia grade structure. The job grade is indicative, and may be subject to change such that the final grade may be higher or lower than shown in this requisition.
