The ideal candidate:
- Has educational background in Optics and Optical networks, in particular on coherent transmission and photonic architectures;
- Has already taken Product Management, Regional Product Management, Business Development or Solution Architect positions within Nokia or other companies;
- Has already full knowledge of the technologies related to the 1830 PSS portfolio , with particular focus on WDM, OTN, Packet Optical and relevant Control Planes
- Has continuously updated knowledge on the competition with capability of analysis and synthesis of strengths vs weaknesses and for the latter has already demonstrated particular capability to conceive approaches to smooth them or to turn around them;
- Has capability to identify the value proposition of the Nokia products leveraging on the network engineering and planning tools;
- Has knowledge of the worldwide optics market with working experience accumulated facing customer cases and their requirements in at least two worldwide regions (among EMEA, APAC, CALA, NAM)
- Has experience in customer meetings preparation with focus on the value added of the Nokia products;
- Has knowledge of other technological area rather than WDM, OTN, Packet Optical and Control Planes networking which will be considered an added value.

Education
Preferably:
- Engineering or Physicist studies in Telecommunication and/or Optics a;
- Master in Optics or Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering;
- PhD degree.
