Job Description:
- Schedule and arrange Management meetings, time Schedule/calendar management.
- Travel support ad hoc travel changes in shortest notice.
- Travel planning and organize the whole trip.
- Reconciliation of expense claims, payment of invoices.
- Preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and events based on given information as required.
- Support to action points follow up as needed
- Receive and process correspondence.
- Maintain organization chart and department community.
- Coordination of internal newsletter requirements.
Qualifications – External
Flexible working schedules are a must
- Strong in English and Polish communication both spoken and written
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong team player
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as a minimum
- Proactive self-starter who gets things done fast and accurate
- Dynamic and positive person with “can do” attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Known for good organizing skills and proper time management
- Ability to manage and prioritize sometimes competing demands
