General Purpose
The position holder provides administrative and operational support to the Head of Field Marketing and a Leadership Team spread across seven global markets, as well as global CO marketing and communications functions.  You will be the lynchpin of the operation and in a position to not only get to see and learn about this dynamic part of Nokia’s business, but also to help us be effective in what we are able to deliver, which is marketing and communications for the most important people in the world: our customers.
 
Main Responsibility Area
Ensure effective and efficient administrative support and operational coordination across the Field Marketing team.
Work closely with team members, MCA LT, Finance and HR teams on ongoing daily and specific project areas;
Organise, coordinate and support f2f meetings / calls / virtual meetings, complex scheduling and travel arrangements, minute taking, action point write up, internal announcement execution;
Handle team budgeting, raise POs, handle invoices and POs;
Coordinate Field Marketing reporting;
Support logistics, travel and visa arrangements as needed across multiple teams / countries;
Deliver Field Marketing intranet page updates, manage administration and updates for various online and social media tools;
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and reports on request, e.g. team cost reports, team vacation tracking and reports etc.;
Support and deliver MCA enabling activities (process, continuous improvement etc);

Position requirements – experience and expertise
Experience in administration, business support, office management.  Experience of operations would be an advantage;
Advanced MS office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills are essential.  Familiarity with the Nokia IT environment and ability to support leadership team members with solving basic IT issues would be a strong advantage;
Demonstrable experience with intranet / web management, with Nokia’s purchasing and invoicing tools, online travel planning and reservation tools, sharepoint and team sites and other collaborative tools is essential;
Experience of working in an international environment and with virtual teams would be an advantage;
Experience in working with senior stakeholders would help the position holder be successful in this role

Well-organized, able to bring structure and prioritise in a fast-paced environment;
Good analytical and synthesis skills, excellent attention to detail.
