FM Engineer
• Fault management/configuration of fixed Core network
• Trouble Ticket handling
• Customer Issue handling
• Ensure to Acknowledge and close TT within SLA/OLA
• Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / system
• Emergency Handling and chronology preparation
• Coordinating with care team for handling resolved cases
• Interfacing with other Technical Teams
• Coordinating with Circle team if onsite support required on faults
• Hand over and activity sheet preparation
• Expert knowledge about Nokia Genband Fixed network elements CS2K, C20, DMS100,SBC,AIN
• Hands on Configuration Management experience
• Technical support tasks like BSC integration, migrations, emergency Support and routine O&M configuration changes like GT routing, B-number changes, IMEI loading, site level configurations in core node as per requirement.
• Ensuring Post check of activities done during Maintenance Window
• Preparation of script and Impact analysis for changes that needs to be done in core nodes
• Ensuring proper closure of tickets from region and cross functional teams
• Good knowledge of MS office, specially Excel and PPT
• Preparation and maintenance of reports as per requirement.
