FPRA Analyst
 
 
Area of responsibilities:
  • Fulfil all month-end-close related tasks for all periods in order to ensure no major actual versus plan challenges
  • Ensure actual control of target and cost control on countries under own responsibility
  • Drive harmonization of processes, identify opportunities for automation and drive efficiencies of FPRA processes
  • Close coordination Central Team to support standard Services Controlling concept accross GS Markets Services and BG's
  • Assist MU Delivery Heads in GS Market reviews
  • End to end Cost Center controlling activities
  • Fixed Production Overheads controlling
  • Analysis and follow-ups
  • GL level line item review
  • Continuous monitoring of controllable fixed costs
  • Assessing if utilization % of resources is at required level, call for action if needed
  • SPC calculation
  • CAPEX review and analysis
Requirements
 
  • University or college degree in finance/business
  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in controlling/accounting/reporting
  • Experience in a multinational environment
  • Good knowledge of common concepts is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP
  • Advanced Excel skill
  • Power Pivot knowledge is on advantage
  • Strong system mindset and analytical skills
  • Fluent written and spoken command of English is a must
  • Customer service oriented
  • Precise and Quality oriented
  • Good analytical skills
  • Agility of taking the initiative and proactive attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills
