1. Experience

1. 6 to 10 years of experience in IP data networking and Packet Core GGSN Product.
2. ALU / Cisco/Juniper Certifications desirable.
3. Experience in Packet Core management/ deployment/ planning/ designing/ consulting in premier Operator/ Vendor organisations.
4. Nokia Packet Core Experience is preferred.

2. Essentials for the Role

Required Skills – Technical
1. Must be able to independently execute, integrate & Migrate Packet Core networks and Evolved Packet System.
2. Clear concept and strong technical domain knowledge in Mobile Packet Core and Evolved Packet System.
3. Good knowledge and experience on routing protocol, 3GPP interfaces and protocols for Packet Core network like Gn, S5, S11, Gx, Gy, Gz and Exposure to Deep Packet Inspection configuration and handling.
4. Experience in SGSN nodes and related 3GPP Interfaces and Protocols like Gr, S6a, LI, Ga
5. Experience in Packet Core network rollout (Deign, Planning, Integration, Acceptance Testing and KPI analysis)
6. Experience in operating and maintaining operators packet core network, while doing Alarm management, Performance Management and Fault Management.
7. Internetworking troubleshooting experience. Good analytical skills and ability to debug network issues.
8. Industry technical certifications desirable.
9. Hands on Experience on ALU 7750 Routers or Nokia Flexi NS devices would be preferred.

3. Required Skills – Other

1. Capability to front-end to customer, with strong negotiation skills.
2. Self Motivated Individual with positive (Must-win) attitude and ready to take up challenges.
3. Must be ready to walk the extra mile to earn customer confidence and be able to exceed client expectations
4. Must possess good communication/interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
