Required qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years experience in an operations center supporting customer networks.
- Knowledge of telecom networks and domains
- Recent experience in Incident Management and coordination
- Knowledge of GNOC/RNOC tools such as ITSM, REMEDY, NetCool, and various Network management Systems like 5620SAM, 5520AMS, 1340INC, TSM8000.
- Must be able to work any shift and weekends
