GS Business Procurement Manager
- “Can do attitude” is a must
- Excellent presentation skills required
- Soft skills/ executive stakeholders management required
- Ability to challenge “traditional” processes and out of the box thinking to come up with new way of scouting, onboarding and contracting
- Ability to build mid-term strategy for procurement (based on the business strategy)
- Ability to identify potential partnership and proactively share with the business stakeholders (SU Head, SL head, portfolio owner)
- Very good understanding of services business (GS background highly recommended)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Digital worker mindset (Office 365 skills is a plus)
- Good understanding of deploy, cloud and enterprise services
- Willing to drive the co-operation and best practice sharing (tools, non-financial KPIs, regional actions, etc) within the Unit and across procurement community
