 The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

CX is also responsible for ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.

Examples of the key internal / external interfaces:

  • Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner engagements
  • Market Unit leadership and CT’s
  • Enterprise Digital Industries, business development team
  • Enterprise Marketing
  • Nokia Partner Program and Regional Partner Sales
  • Enterprise Business Center - Pre-Sales and Delivery


What you will learn and contribute to

As a Partner Sales Associate for Nokia Enterprise GSI Sales, you will work across a GSI Partner account base to generate leads and convert these into business, you will account manage the leads and potential new GSIs, with some progressing to full Sales Manager coverage.

  • Build business by generating interest and leads across the GSI Partner account base.
  • Assist in execution of account strategy and go-to-market models to scale GSI accounts
  • Assist in onboarding process internally in rapid fashion, utilizing Nokia partner operations and externally into the partner/vendor mode of operation
  • Leverage regional partner relationships and GSI partner, both internally and externally
  • Assist in launching and executing marketing campaigns to generate awareness and leads for follow-up
  • Manage day-to-day sales and partner development activities across your territory / assigned partner base
  • Build a sales pipeline using a mix of outbound calling and email to qualified marketing leads
  • Maintain and develop metrics for pipeline development and execute a disciplined reporting process


 Your skills and experience

You must have:

  • 3+ years working in customer facing role (pre-sales, sales, inside sales, consultant, delivery) with a telecommunications carrier, network/infrastructure equipment vendor, system integrator or large enterprise environment.
  • Great communicator, relationship builder, collaborator, and negotiator.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SFDC, etc. 


It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience working in facing environment (pre-sales, consulting, delivery). 
  • Strong confidence in reading and understanding corporate, business and project financials as well as contractual terms and conditions.
  • Knowledge and/or experience working with general enterprise market along with channels including Global System Integrators.
  • Proven partner sales experience with effective communication style, open mind, collaborative.
  • Knowledge of verticals and general enterprise market (competition, solutions, telecom / IT needs).
