Hardware Digital Engineer

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Design of digital boards combining digital (up to 25 Gbps) and analog signals
• Knowledge of environmental standards (CEM, forbidden substances, security…)
• Knowledge of CAD tools (Mentor, Cadence…) to define schematics and to follow-up layout
• Knowledge of digital components (FPGA, modem, memories…) and of different buses and interfaces (Ethernet, GPI, RGMII, SFP, XAUI, SPI, I2C, POE…)
• Knowledge in signal integrity (high speed signals)
• Know how to use specific test equipment such as Ethernet tester, surge tester, scopes… 
• Knowledge in simulation tools for high speed digital transmission (ADS, Hyperlynx, LTSpice…)
• Knowledge in digital communications (theory of information coding and modulation…)

• Excellent team spirit and will to share knowledge
• Feel accountable on the overall development of the product
