  • Strong system background in 5G and LTE is a prerequisite with a PhD degree 
  • A profound understanding of the area of radio access systems is a prerequisite 
  • A profound understanding of the area of cellular devices is a prerequisite 
  • A good understanding of cellular access solution & product portfolio and wireless business strategy is required 
  • An excellent understanding of radio research is needed 
  • A personal network to the respective business units and to the other Nokia Bell Labs research activities will be a plus 
  • Experience in 3GPP standardization will be a plus 
  • 10+ years as research/program/product and/or line manager of larger teams 
  • Multi -national and distributed environment 
  • Leading expert organizations in highly complex technology 
  • Extensive exposure to international interworking culture, experience in leading distributed
    teams is an advantage 
  • You are proactive and willing to follow and search for latest research results! 
  • Skills in Danish languages is a requirement with fluent English skills on top
  • Strong technical and influential leadership skills 
  • Strategic and business related thinking 
  • Strong skills in networking across organizational structures

  • Fast analytical and abstraction capabilities 
  • Excellent guide and coach capabilities. Getting a kick out of helping excellent people to
