Thanks for your interest in the Head of Ethics & Compliance, NSB position. Unfortunately this position has been closed but you can search our 6 open jobs by clicking here.

 

1.     Minimum 10 years of L&C professional experience, with at least 5 years of solid and trackable experience in compliance. 

2.     Legal experience preferred: Qualified senior lawyer with experience at a recognized law firm and/or in-house in a multinational organization. 

3.     Experience of advising on criminal and regulatory compliance matters and with conducting corporate internal investigations.

4.     Anti-bribery/corruption-focused experience is strongly preferred. 

5.     Proficiency in written and spoken simplified Chinese and or Mandarin languages though not mandatory, will be an added attribute. 


 Competencies

1.     Strong and demonstratable leadership capabilities to lead and guide a team of compliance professionals.

2.     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3.     Ability to work through ambiguity.  Outstanding organization skills.  Multitasking ability to simultaneously manage numerous ongoing and sensitive matters without loss of efficiency.

4.     Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with influencing skills to senior leaders within and outside of L&C.

5.     Ability to operate effectively in complex organizational structure and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with other functions in addressing and resolving issues.

6.     Experience and understanding of compliance issues confronting the telecommunications industry.

7.     Strong knowledge of key anti-bribery legislation, including the joint venture, China-invested enterprise and other applicable national and international legislation.
