Strong strategic and conceptual competence in the field of communication.

Ability to draft and revise executive communication.

Ability to draft and revise communication content for audiences covered above.

Ability to lead and develop people reporting directly to him/her as well as guiding and developing the wider network of people involved in communication activities.

Effectively builds relationships within a matrix organization to advance projects and ensure compliance (including strong lateral leadership skills).

15 years’ experience in employee communication in a complex international organization.

Relevant leadership experience both in formal and informal leading of people.

Ability to understand the big picture and to translate it into concrete content.

Strong competence in defining and implementing/ensuring processes related to communication activities.
-
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, preferably including coaching and consulting competence.

Good planning and coordination skills including the ability to make things happen.

Proficient in English (native speakers preferred).

Master degree in knowledge/change management, communication, English, business, information technology, or related discipline
Location: Lisbon (Portugal), Budapest (Hungary) preferred.
Possibly flexible for other locations within Europe
