- Contribute to the definition of the global IT strategy, and its implementation in NSB
- Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services in all major business applications, based on a strong infrastructure, with a strong end-user focus and through continuous monitoring of IT systems performance and risk management.
- Develop, track and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
- Be fully responsible SOX IT compliance, internal IT process, budget management, and provide all necessary reporting
- Ensure information security by implementing tools, procedures, policy and awareness training for all employees.
- Drive IT integration program to align with corporate mission, objective and strategy.
- Leverage internal & external resources to ensure network safety, managing the cyberattack in a proactive way.
- To ensure NSB is fully compliant to applicable NOKIA policies, NSB policies as well as local laws, regulations etc.
 
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required; a Masters’ degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
-A minimum of fifteen (15) years of senior management experience and knowledge of the enterprise business.
-Deep knowledge of Networking, Software Development, Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Operations, Vendor Management, Service Delivery, and Strategic Planning
-Experience successfully envisioning and defining strategic plans and leading transformation initiatives
-Support of in-house information and communication systems in a multi-site/state client-server environment
- Experience in a global/multinational organization, with international responsibilities preferred
