Key Competencies:

  • > 10 years of experience in leading a high-performing global team of professionals

  • > 10 years of experience with IT Service Management

  • Able to act in a diverse and complex IT environment

  • Able to coordinate people and stakeholder in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment, including external IT providers, Nokia IT technical teams, as well as technicians from business areas.

  • Highly independent and self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and customer services skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Very experienced IT skills as generalist

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Very strong organizational skills

  • Sense of urgency

  • Economic thinking and handling as well as analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English)

  • Experience in ITIL process management

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ITIL Expert Certified or ability to obtain within first six months

  • Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL processes

  • Skilled at working collaboratively in a complex environment and driving performance achievement and improvements

  • Data-driven mindset of service excellence and customer satisfaction

  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Broad know-how of IT (Infrastructure, Applications)
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management toolsets such as ServiceNow
  • Experience leading large multi-cultural teams
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management
  • Demonstrated experience producing programmatic deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience with facets of personnel management
