Key tasks and responsibilities
• Integral member of Nokia HR Digital team
• Be the subject matter expert to drive data analytics for HR digital assistants
• Analyze how chatbots dialogues performs
• Be the data architect and lead to apply various analysis methods for chatbot data
• Introduce data visualization practices
• Drive HR chatbot deployments forward with data
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
• 2 years of experience in data analytics, visualizations and reporting
• Hands-on person that can work independently to analyze data
• Proven track record on successful projects in digitalization field
• Ability to create and maintain high quality analytics practices
• Wants to work with data and find root causes for potential issues
• Experience from supplier collaboration and project management
• Expertise with data analytics and visualization tools like Azure and PowerBI
• Ability to handle raw data with Excel and recommend corrective actions
• Experience from admin role related to analytics and analytics solutions
• Experience in defining metrics to qualify and support business decision making
• Ability to travel 10% of working time
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies
• Good communication and English writing skill
• Customer consulting expertise
• Fluent with MS Office tools: Team, Excel, etc.
• Personal drive to improve employee experience
• M.Sc. student in the relevant field (e.g. computer science, statistical modelling, analytics, programming, engineering, finance).
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, both theory and practice.
• Experience with programming is valued (data analytics related e.g. Python, Java, R)
• Experience working in agile development
