As Human Resources Operations Support Expert you will be managing day-to-day operations within the human resource shared services center of HR Connection.
 
HR Connection is responsible for operational and transactional activities within HR such as employment contract creation/amendments, HR data maintenance, payroll support. Our European HR Connection team is responsible for 42 countries across Europe.
 
Within HR Connection you will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carry out responsibilities in the following areas:
  • Providing professional HR services and acting as an expert of global HR processes, policies, practices and tools ensuring that their application is in line with the local legislation
  • Onboarding and staffing logistics
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
  • Employee orientation, development, and training
  • Employee relations
  • Company employee communication
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Employee services and counseling
  • Daily support in HR and employee life cycle matters
  • Administrative project support: data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English and French and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or global culture (history, letters, …)
  • Proven Track record of 2-3 years of experience in HR environment
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
