HR Operation Expert - French speaking
Requirements:
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and French and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or global culture (history, letters, …)
• Proven Track record of 2-3 years of experience in HR environment
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
• Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
