Main Responsibility Area Incoming requests types could be any kind of employment lifecycle related changes, such as hiring, organization management or compensation related changes etc. Projects could include harmonization of processes and systems to achieve the new Nokia HR Mode of Operations (Nokia and former Alcatel-Lucent)
