HR Operations Standardization Lead
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
- Proven Track record of 5-6 years of experience in HR environment
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices in European countries is an advantage
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel (macro writting knowledge is an advantage) and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Strong experience in change management
- Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents.
- Requires 5-6 years relevant experience especially on the area of consolidation, standardization and system/process automation.
- Advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions by taking a new perspective
- Works effectively in a mixed environment of a virtual teams and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services (e.g. developing a new or significantly improved delivery methods)
- Accepts responsibility for and demonstrates support for delegated decisions. Requires minimum supervision.
- Uses non standard approaches to resolving issues. Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation. Demonstrates initiative & adaptability to changing business environments. Is willing to take on new roles or jobs appropriate to skill set in different environments and/or locations.
