HRC Americas is an HR Shared Service Organization that provides support related to HR processes and tools to all Nokia employees of 19 Countries in America. Our organization have specialist who support employee life cycle including Hiring, Onboarding, Payroll, Global Mobility and other processes. We provide support of all HR Global Tools and guide employees on any queries related to Policies and HR procedures.

 

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support HR projects and processes.  The group you will be part of provide professional expertise to carry out assignments/projects on specify systems (SAP, Taleo, Success Factor) and/or implement and improve HR products and services. The group provides generalist expertise and support to employees in the implementation and delivery of HR practices.


The HR Operation Specialists are responsible for the employee life cycle administration processes such as hiring and onboarding, global mobility, compensation changes, leave and benefits administration, terminations, country relocations and employee files administration, or any other HR task as assigned by Operations Support Head.

 

We are looking for a process and results oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) person with experience on customer service, shared service organizations and with interest in Process Improvement for areas of Human Resources.
 
Requirements:
  • High English level (speaking and reading) is a must
  • Intermediate Excel and Power Point Skills is a Must
  • Experience building excel macros Desirable
  • Experience working on Share Service organizations (desirable)
  • Experience supporting customer calls or being part of call center organizations (desirable)
  • Experience supporting process improvement projects
  • Experience working with vendors as background check providers, relocation, immigration, and other HR service providers is a plus
  • Experience using HR Systems: Taleo, SAP and Success Factor HRIS (desirable)
  • Knowledge in global mobility is a Plus
  • Experience participating in HR harmonization projects, and HR operation team implementation is a Plus
