Job description:

acts as a Cluster Lead for the HRC Payroll team
reports to Payroll Head
drives team integration activities for the newly formed team
assists payroll processing training for Transaction HUB with support from Transaction Manager
assists in preparation and maintenance of SOP guidelines for transaction team, advising country legislation changes
maintains operating guide on cluster specifics, legislations, processes
drives standardization activities
coordinates centralized payroll administration
thorough understanding of employment related legislation; including employment law, basic contract law and country legislation
validates and approves the payroll SOX and deviations reports, for assigned cluster, from data provided from transactional team on monthly basis and submits to SOX SME
escalation contact for account reconciliations with required Finance stakeholders
validates and held accountable for on time and accurate processing of all payroll related payments in assigned cluster
leads audit activities in HR Site countries / non site: support the local country HR manager with data support from Transaction teams
validates and first level approval for accrual, payment amounts, and journal entries to FSS/Finance after Transaction team completes payroll processing
revises and enhances payroll processes according to the global approach 
acting as an expert of global Payroll processes, practices and tools and ensuring that their application is in line with the local legislation 
track compliancy issues and collaborates with other HR colleagues and employees
provides expertise for escalation requests for region/cluster/country specific payroll questions 
provides response to employee escalation payroll inquiries regarding payroll related topics and/or works escalation topics with transaction team / Transaction Mgr
maintains response time in line of 48 hour KPI for inquiries and escalations
provides expertise for payroll interface questions on payroll vendor interface side (SAP, S4U other global tools)
provides support to other cluster leads as necessary for holidays, vacations, etc
validates and approves monthyl/qtrly PO for payroll processing expenses
provides payroll expertise for HR projects
other projects as assigned by Payroll Head

Spanish required

English required

Portuguese a plus

Minimum 2 years college
