HR Specialist - Data Management IMEA
- Ensuring good quality in HR Data & Services
- HR SAP P24 data input.
- Involvement in Global Driven Processes and Projects
- Bringing innovative ideas for improvement of process and thus improving productivity to the organization. Should have a fair knowledge of Organization management.
- Providing HR services and support. Acting as an expert of SAP tool. Creating, maintaining and modifying employee information and data in HR tools. Ensuring the quality of HR data and HR products, tools and process implementation. Creating reports using different HR databases. Special roles and participation in projects
Your skills and experience
- 10+ Years of Experience in HR Data Management/HRIS
- MBA HR preferred qualification
- Excellent knowledge of SAP People systems is necessary and or other relevant People tools (like workday, Oracle would be preferable)
- Knowledge of other People tools for Performance management, compensation systems, recognition tools and related other People tools would be necessary.
- Good English language skills and Excel working skills.
